Who is Arcarius for?
Arcarius is used by sole proprietors, fiduciaries, in-house accountants, and CFOs.
Who can sign up?
Sole proprietorships, corporations, and partnerships on bexio that report under Swiss Code of Obligations in CHF.
Arcarius vs. ChatGPT – what's the difference?
Arcarius can process thousands of documents and tens of thousands of transactions within minutes, create files, conduct research, provide comprehensive answers, and, if needed, post directly into bexio after your approval. It is neither technically feasible to import these data volumes into existing chat solutions nor can postings be made there. With us, by contrast, your accounting is cleanly integrated.
Another issue with well-known chatbots is that they often rely on outdated or incorrect data sources. That's why Arcarius uses an internal database as a Single Source of Truth.
In short: Arcarius is specifically designed for accounting and finance in the Swiss context and directly connected to your accounting.
How many credits should I buy?
You can start with just 90 credits worth CHF 25. That's enough to use the One-on-One extensively or create a monthly or quarterly report.
For a closing or annual report, we recommend checking the overview under "Pricing". You can top up credits at any time.
How long does onboarding take?
Onboarding typically takes around 15 minutes. For larger companies with many transactions, a long history, or many documents, it can take several hours.
Is AI used?
Some processes use large language models from third-party providers. We exclusively use powerful, market-leading AI models. The storage of accounting data in our data warehouse remains exclusively in Switzerland. Individual processing steps via external AI providers may in limited cases also take place outside of Europe.
The AI models are subject to strict server-side regulation and operate within a clearly defined, narrow framework. They can only retrieve certain information and cannot make changes. The AI models are never trained with your data.
Where is my data stored?
The security of your data is our top priority. That's why we invest in state-of-the-art infrastructure and work exclusively with qualified providers.

Why is my accounting data loaded?
This is primarily for technical reasons: live queries of data are not performant enough to deliver the performance and quality you expect.
So you don't have to manually upload thousands of transactions with every request, we've built our infrastructure for maximum security and maximum performance. We keep your data always up to date.
