What is a credit?
A credit is the billing unit at Arcarius. Every action – whether closing, report, or question – consumes a certain number of credits. This way, you only pay for what you actually use.
How much does a credit cost?
1 credit costs approx. CHF 0.25–0.27, depending on the chosen credit pack. The larger the pack, the lower the price per credit.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. Arcarius works without a subscription model. You buy credits when you need them, and they don’t expire. There are no monthly fixed costs.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Arcarius works with credits – you buy balance starting from CHF 25 and only pay for what you use. No subscription, no monthly costs, no commitment.
Do I need to top up credits after every request?
No. You can set up auto-reloads so you always have enough credits. With the credit limit, you can individually set the maximum costs per month. This gives you all the benefits of a subscription model – without the downsides.
Why do costs vary for One-on-One & Automations?
The credit costs depend on the complexity of the request or automation run and therefore directly on the AI’s workload. Simple questions or compact tasks start at around 1 credit, while more complex requests and runs average around 5 credits.
