With credits, you are completely flexible since you can use them for all companies and all features. You can buy as many as you want, whenever you want, as often as you want.
We want to offer you fair pricing – and that’s only possible with prices that vary slightly depending on scope. We explain why we believe this in our documentation. There you’ll also find all pricing details. Here you get a quick overview of the most important information.

One-on-One primarily uses AI models whose costs are directly based on the AI’s workload. Therefore, pricing depends on your request. Complex requests are affordable, simple requests even more so. In our documentation you’ll find real requests with their respective credit consumption for reference.

What is a credit?
A credit is the billing unit at Arcarius. Every action – whether closing, report, or question – consumes a certain number of credits. This way, you only pay for what you actually use.
How much does a credit cost?
1 credit costs approx. CHF 0.25–0.27, depending on the chosen credit pack. The larger the pack, the lower the price per credit.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. Arcarius works without a subscription model. You buy credits when you need them, and they don’t expire. There are no monthly fixed costs.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Arcarius works with credits – you buy balance starting from CHF 25 and only pay for what you use. No subscription, no monthly costs, no commitment.
Do I need to top up credits after every request?
No. You can set up auto-reloads so you always have enough credits. With the credit limit, you can individually set the maximum costs per month. This gives you all the benefits of a subscription model – without the downsides.
Why do costs vary for One-on-One requests?
The credit costs depend on the complexity of the request and thus directly on the AI’s workload. Questions in Knowledge Mode cost 1 credit, more complex requests in Standard or Deep Mode approx. 5–10 credits.
