One-on-One

In May we mainly expanded One-on-One – so you can work with documents more easily and share results with your team.

• Generated documents with version history: generated documents are saved, you can keep several open at once and preview them in the artifact panel – with clean file names.
• Share One-on-One with your team: sharing is now opt-in per user, with a confirmation when you unshare, and available directly via an icon in the sidebar.
• Reworked input for text and attachments, plus a tidied-up header.
• Unread markers and animated titles in the sidebar history.
• Password-protected PDFs are now detected and clearly reported instead of failing silently.

Platform

• Reworked account settings: the team account settings and all tabs have been restructured; you can manage the account’s VAT method in onboarding and in the team settings.
• Refined flows for sign-in, sign-up, OTP code, and team invitations.

Automations, Closing & Reporting

General improvements and bug fixes – including a notice for locked, completed phases in Reporting, improved usability in the Automations form, and a display fix in the closing dialog on small screens.

Automations

With the launch on April 28, 2026, Arcarius adds recurring tasks that run automatically on a regular schedule in the background.

• Schedules from daily, weekly, and monthly to quarterly, semi-annual, and annual
• Manual starts at any time to test an automation or run it outside the regular schedule
• Results directly in One-on-One, with a seamless jump back into the conversation
• Email notifications to selected account members for successful and failed runs
• Email prompts so responsible people can review and approve prepared postings
• Optional delivery of the agent answer and generated attachments by email
• Run history with status, duration, notification state, and recipient-level details
• A working template per run and learning from every execution so Arcarius applies important notes in the future

Closing

Closing is clearer and more flexible.

• Reworked closing list and “New closing” dialog.
• Configurable reversal-date offset.
• Updated tables for fixed assets, interest, and value adjustments.
• Improved document uploader and company setup.

Platform

• Fixed price per closing and report: you pay once – corrections and re-runs are included and don’t cost additional credits.
• Improved onboarding progress page and a success email after a completed onboarding.

Completely new agent – more agentic, more autonomous, more capable.

• Direct posting in bexio after your approval
• Gmail integration (optional)
