Arcarius 2.0 is live – One-on-One, reimagined
The new One-on-One agent goes far beyond questions and answers: he analyses, posts, plans, and takes work off your plate where it matters most.
Read moreWith the launch on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, Arcarius gets a new module for recurring work: Automations. You set up recurring checks, reports, and routine tasks once, choose cadence and notification settings, and let Arcarius handle execution on a regular schedule in the background.
Many important accounting and finance tasks are not one-off tasks. Reconciliations, booking checks, reports, open points, and periodic reviews come back daily, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. In day-to-day work, exactly these tasks often get postponed, even though they would surface issues early.
The Automations module removes that manual routine work: the task runs in the background, the result lands directly in chat, and selected people can be notified by email.
First, you define what Arcarius should do. This can be a recurring check, a periodic report, or another clearly formulated task. If needed, you add a working template with documents, files, or notes that Arcarius uses in every run.
Then you choose the schedule and decide which account members should be informed when the run finishes. Arcarius runs the task in the background, writes the result into the corresponding chat, and sends the selected notification. If a run prepares postings, for example, the responsible person can be notified by email and then review and approve them.
The Automations module is intentionally not a black box. Arcarius explains its approach and presents results clearly. Every run has a history with status, duration, notification state, and recipient details. From the run, you can jump directly back into the chat and continue working, ask follow-up questions, or make corrections.
That makes Automations especially useful for teams that need recurring tasks to be not only executed, but also easy to trace.
Automations follows the same usage-based credit model as One-on-One. Only actual runs consume credits. Simple runs start from 1 credit; on average, Automation runs use around 5 credits. Manual starts and scheduled executions are treated the same way, and cost depends on the scope of the task and the generated results.
The new One-on-One agent goes far beyond questions and answers: he analyses, posts, plans, and takes work off your plate where it matters most.
