Upload Excel, Word, or PDF files straight into One-on-One – from a budget that Arcarius compares against your actuals to an audit document with dozens of questions. The other way round, Arcarius produces finished files for you: Excel sheets, Word documents, PDFs and charts – or an email draft you only need to send. Structured and ready to use.
How you work with One-on-One
You ask a question or give an instruction – no prior knowledge required. For its answers, Arcarius draws on your accounting (general ledger, sub-ledgers, and documents), the web, and an internal knowledge base with over 500 laws and circulars relevant to Switzerland. It prepares entries and only posts them after your approval – you stay in control at all times. For a new topic, it’s best to start a new conversation; that keeps the context lean.
