Closing: Issues with the Results

What you can do, in case you are unhappy with the results.

We’re doing everything we can to ensure you’re fully satisfied with Arcarius. That’s why we invest heavily in robust, reliable logic and a strong end-to-end system. Still, mistakes can happen — by us, by Arcarius, or by third-party providers. If that happens, we work at full speed to fix it and prevent it in the future.

I didn’t get any results

Even with great care in our setup, system outages or other technical issues can occasionally occur — especially since the platform is built on large language models.

If a module or the entire closing crashes, you will not be charged. We analyze these incidents and do everything we can to ensure they don’t happen again. In such a case, we apologize and recommend rerunning the affected module(s) or the entire closing. If you need support, please contact us — we’re happy to help.

I got results, but they don’t seem correct

There can be several reasons:

  • There are no relevant postings or documents. For example, account balances can’t be reconciled if the corresponding bank statements aren’t available in your documents.
  • The postings or documents exist, but they’re ambiguous. Arcarius relies on meaningful booking texts and clearly identifiable documents to detect accruals, interest rates, existing depreciation, and similar items reliably.
  • Arcarius made a mistake or a technical issue occurred.

What you can do:

  • If the underlying data quality is sufficient, Arcarius may have made an error. Please contact us — we can enable a free reprocessing.
  • You can also add, delete, or edit positions manually at any time (free of charge).
