Chat history helps you find previous conversations and keep your chats organized. Personal markers such as pins and read status are not shared with anyone else.
You can show active, archived, or all chats. Depending on the features available to you, you can also filter by One-on-One, Scheduled tasks, guided workflows, or Projects.
Pinned chats appear in a separate group in the sidebar. Pins are personal. You can pin up to 100 chats per company.
Open the chat menu and select Mark as unread. A colored dot reminds you about the response. Select Mark as read to remove the marker again.
Read status is personal and does not change anything for other users. Opening a chat from the chat list marks it as read for you.
Arcarius shows the current state to the left of the chat title:
When more than one state applies, Arcarius first shows whether your input is needed or a task is still running.
Enable browser notifications in One-on-One if you want to be notified when a response is ready. A notification appears when the Arcarius tab is not currently visible or active. Selecting it opens the relevant chat.
Your browser must allow notifications for Arcarius. This preference applies only to the browser you are using and can be disabled there again.
Only the chat owner can rename, archive, or delete it. An action that is still running or whose outcome is not yet fully verified may temporarily prevent deletion.
Note: When a Project is deleted, its chats are retained. They reappear in the normal chat view without a Project assignment.
