Choose how Arcarius works in chat

In your chats, you can choose how Arcarius should handle your request. This lets you switch easily between the normal, thorough approach and a faster response. The choice is available in One-on-One and, if you use Projects, in Project chats too.

Choose the right work mode

Work mode	Best for
Thorough	Everyday and demanding tasks where the highest possible response quality is the priority. This mode is recommended and preselected.
Faster	Tasks where a shorter wait time is the priority. The response may be less detailed or in-depth.

Change the work mode

1. Open a chat in One-on-One or a Project.
2. Select the work mode currently shown next to the message box.
3. Choose Thorough or Faster.
4. Write your request and send it.

Your choice applies to the next request and remains saved in your browser for later chats. You can change it again before sending another message. If Arcarius is already responding, a change does not retroactively affect the response in progress.

Which work mode should I use?

If you are unsure, stay with Thorough. It works for both normal questions and extensive analyses, comparisons across several periods, or tasks with many dependencies.

Choose Faster when a short wait time is important to you. This work mode is suitable for many tasks. For particularly extensive or complex requests, the response may be more concise or cover individual aspects in less depth. Choose Thorough for those requests so Arcarius can spend more time on comprehensive work.

The work mode does not replace a clear request. Continue to describe what Arcarius should examine, which period or documents are relevant, and how you want the result presented.

Credits

Faster is designed to cost less for comparable processing. However, the actual credit usage of a request is not a fixed charge: it also depends on the size of your request and response. A single request therefore does not automatically cost a fixed percentage of Thorough. You can see the actual usage in Credit Reporting.

What the choice does not change

The selected work mode does not change your permissions, available data, or integrations. Required approvals for changes continue to apply. You should still review critical information and results when using Thorough.
