Connect Notion to Arcarius

The Notion integration lets Arcarius use knowledge from your Notion workspace and prepare structured content for you.

What Arcarius can do with Notion

Arcarius can, among other things:

• find and read pages, databases, views, meeting notes, and attachments
• take comments, teams, and people into account
• create, update, move, or duplicate pages
• create or update databases, data sources, and views
• add content and attachments and create comments

Every change is shown to you for approval before execution. Where possible, approval cards display a clear page title rather than only a technical identifier.

Examples: “Prepare me for the client meeting using our Notion pages.” · “Record this decision in Notion with its context and next steps.”

Connection level

Notion can be connected personally, to a company, or to an organization. Personal and organization connections can be limited to all or selected companies.

Connect Notion

1. Open Settings → Integrations → Notion.
2. Choose the connection level and, where applicable, the allowed companies.
3. Sign in to Notion and select the correct workspace and content Arcarius may access.
4. Arcarius verifies the workspace, connected identity, and available features.

Visibility and permissions

Arcarius can only see content Notion has made available to the connection. If a page is missing from results, check in Notion whether it has been shared with the connection. For organization-wide use, consider a managed account with deliberately assigned permissions.
