Integrations: securely connect external services to Arcarius

Learn how to connect and manage Stripe, Atlassian, PayPal, Notion, monday.com, and Superhuman Mail in Arcarius.

Integrations let Arcarius use information from services you already work with. Arcarius only reads data when a task requires it. Any change to a connected service is shown to you in the chat for approval before it is carried out.

Requirement: Integrations are part of Arcarius Plus.

Available integrations

Integration What it is for Available connection level
Stripe Customers, invoices, payments, and subscriptions Company
Atlassian Confluence knowledge and Jira projects Personal, company, or organization
PayPal Transactions, invoices, and payment links Company
Notion Pages, databases, comments, and knowledge Personal, company, or organization
monday.com Boards, tasks, ownership, and updates Personal, company, or organization
Superhuman Mail Email and calendars from Gmail or Microsoft 365 Personal

The integrations you can see depend on what your organization has enabled.

Reading and changing are separate

Reading happens when you request it. Arcarius can, for example, summarize outstanding invoices, find a Notion page, or explain the status of a Jira project.

Changes require your approval. If Arcarius wants to prepare an invoice, update a page, or create a task, it first shows an approval card with the exact details. Only that approved action is executed. Connecting a service therefore does not permit unattended changes.

Connect an integration

  1. In Arcarius, open Settings → Integrations.
  2. Select an integration and choose Add connection.
  3. Where available, choose who owns the connection and which companies may use it.
  4. Sign in with the provider and approve the access shown there.
  5. When you return, Arcarius verifies the connection. It is ready when its status is Connected.

Depending on the integration, Arcarius offers these connection levels:

  • Personal: Only you use the connection. It can be limited to all or selected companies in your organization.
  • Company: Authorized people can use the connection within the selected company.
  • Organization: The connection can be enabled for all or selected companies in the organization.

Not every integration supports every level. Stripe and PayPal always belong to a company; Superhuman Mail is always personal.

Status and management

  • Connected: The integration is ready to use.
  • Connection is being checked: Arcarius is completing its checks after sign-in. The page updates automatically.
  • Reconnect: The provider rejected or revoked access, or the authorization expired. Start the connection again.

Use the connection menu to manage or disconnect it. After disconnecting, Arcarius cannot retrieve new data through that connection. Content already used in a chat may remain in its message history until the conversation is deleted.

Permissions and privacy

Arcarius can only access content the connected account is itself permitted to see at the provider. Arcarius further limits the available actions to a reviewed set. Choose the correct account when connecting and review the permissions shown by the provider.
