Connect Superhuman Mail to Arcarius

The Superhuman Mail integration lets Arcarius access connected email inboxes and calendars from Gmail or Microsoft 365. The connection is provided through Superhuman Mail.

What Arcarius can do with Superhuman Mail

Arcarius can, among other things:

• find and review messages, attachments, threads, labels, and read status
• search email and calendars together
• check availability and take events into account
• prepare or update email drafts and calendar events
• prepare inbox actions such as reminders, unsubscribing, or moving a thread
• send an approved draft or undo sending where Superhuman supports it

Every change – especially sending – is shown to you for approval before execution.

Examples: “Which important messages need my reply today?” · “Prepare a friendly reply to this customer’s latest message.”

Requirements

You need an eligible Superhuman Mail account with its AI feature enabled and a supported plan. Depending on company settings, a Superhuman administrator may need to allow external integrations. Sign-in currently uses the Superhuman extension for Chrome.

Connection level

Superhuman Mail is a personal connection. You can choose whether to use it in all or only selected companies in your Arcarius organization. This does not give other people direct access to your inbox.

Connect Superhuman Mail

1. Set up your Gmail or Microsoft 365 mailbox in Superhuman Mail.
2. In Arcarius, open Settings → Integrations → Superhuman Mail.
3. Select the companies where you want to use the connection.
4. Start sign-in and confirm it in Superhuman Mail.

Privacy

The email or calendar content needed for a task is passed through Superhuman to Arcarius and the AI service used for processing. Only connect mailboxes you are permitted to use in this way.
