Connect PayPal to Arcarius

Use PayPal transactions, invoices, payment links, and disputes in Arcarius and approve changes safely.

The PayPal integration lets Arcarius analyze a company’s payment and invoice information and prepare selected operations.

What Arcarius can do with PayPal

Arcarius can:

  • search and summarize transactions and invoices
  • check invoice and payment-link status
  • display disputes
  • prepare one invoice or multiple invoices together
  • create payment links
  • send prepared invoices in a batch

Every change – including sending – is shown to you with its exact details for approval. Arcarius deliberately provides only this reviewed set, even if PayPal offers additional capabilities in other products.

Examples: “Which PayPal invoices are still outstanding?” · “Prepare a payment link for CHF 500.”

Connection level

A PayPal connection always belongs to one company in Arcarius. Test and live accounts are identified on the connection card.

Connect PayPal

  1. Open Settings → Integrations → PayPal.
  2. Choose Add connection and select the related company.
  3. Sign in with the correct PayPal business account and approve access.
  4. Arcarius verifies the account, environment, and available features.

During sign-in, PayPal may display the name of its official connection service. What matters is that you started the process in Arcarius and are signing in on a PayPal page.

Test and live data

A sandbox connection can be used for testing. For a live connection, carefully review the recipient, amount, and currency shown on the approval card.

Disconnect and reconnect

You can disconnect in Arcarius or revoke access at PayPal. If Arcarius shows Reconnect, start sign-in again.
