How can I add users and what rights do they have? How can I add companies?

How does it work?

Any admin can add users to a company. Just select the company, open Settings, and go to Members.

New companies can only be created by the Billing Admin. To do this, go to the overview page where you see all your companies and add a new one there via ”+”.

Currently, Arcarius supports sole proprietorships, partnerships, and corporations that prepare their financial statements in CHF in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations.

How much does it cost?

Nothing! It’s free. We believe you should only pay for real outcomes. That’s why we don’t limit the number of users or the number of companies per organization — we’re happy to see you use Arcarius extensively.

Who can do what?

  1. Credits
  • Only the Billing Admin can purchase credits. All members of your organization can use them across all your companies.
  1. Knowledge Database
  • All members of your organization can view all uploaded documents. Only the Billing Admin can upload documents.
  1. Invite additional users
  • Any admin can do this.
  1. Add additional companies
  • Only the Billing Admin.
  1. Features
  • Arcarius is available to all users in your organization.

The Billing Admin is the user who originally registered for Arcarius.
