Cancel Arcarius Plus

As a billing admin, you can cancel your organisation’s Plus subscription under Settings → Organization → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid monthly or annual billing period. Plus capabilities remain available until then.

Cancelling does not delete your credit balance or account. You can continue using credits for usage-based capabilities that do not require an active Plus subscription.

Delete your account

You can delete your account, including stored data and remaining credits, under Profile. As the owner of an organisation, you must delete all companies first. Account deletion is permanent and separate from cancelling the Plus subscription.
