Connect Run My Accounts

Alongside bexio, Arcarius also supports Run My Accounts as accounting software. The connection uses an API key (not OAuth). Run My Accounts is available to fiduciaries.

What you need

When you add a company, you choose Run My Accounts as the provider and enter:

• RMA client name – the client name from your Run My Accounts URL (for example my.runmyaccounts.com/#/c/your-client/dashboard).
• API Key – your Run My Accounts API key.
• API key expiry date – so Arcarius can remind you in time to renew it.
• VAT method – the method that applies to the client.

After connecting, the accounting data is imported. You maintain the VAT account mapping for Run My Accounts, if needed, under company settings → Accounting.

Your API key is stored service-side and securely and is never visible in the browser. More on this under Data security.
