Connect Run My Accounts
How to connect a Run My Accounts client to Arcarius via API key.

Arcarius pulls your accounting data directly from bexio. The connection uses OAuth – you sign in to bexio securely once and thereby grant Arcarius access to the relevant data. Arcarius reads your bexio data (import); entries are only written when you explicitly approve them in a module.
When you add a company, you choose bexio as the accounting software and click Connect with bexio. You’re redirected to bexio, sign in, and confirm access. Your company data is then imported automatically – general ledger, subledgers, and the available receipts. More on this under Onboarding.
For the import to succeed, the connected bexio user needs certain permissions. You’ll find them in bexio user permissions.
Sometimes a “Reconnect bexio” badge appears in the settings or the company overview. This happens when the person whose access the connection runs through no longer has access to the company (for example after leaving the team) – or when the connection has expired.
Important: the connection keeps working for now. Just click Reconnect bexio and sign in with an active bexio account – the connection then runs through a person with access again. Only people who can edit the company settings can reconnect.
Using Run My Accounts instead of bexio? See Connect Run My Accounts. How your credentials are protected is described under Data security.
