Gmail integration: use your email in Arcarius

If you optionally connect your Gmail account to Arcarius, Arcarius can bring relevant emails straight into your requests – for example, finding a supplier invoice in your inbox or preparing a draft reply for you. Access is optional, disabled by default, and can be disconnected at any time.

What Arcarius can do with Gmail

If you grant access, Arcarius may:

• search and read relevant emails, threads, labels, drafts, attachments, and metadata from the connected Gmail account
• use that data to answer your prompts and support One-on-One and Automations features
• create draft replies in your Gmail account when you request it
• include relevant Gmail content in the Arcarius chat when needed to complete the requested task

Connecting and disconnecting

You connect Gmail in your personal settings under integrations. For the integration to be available, your organization must allow it – so your team keeps control over which integrations are permitted. The connection applies to your account and can be disconnected at any time.

Your Gmail data

• Gmail access is optional and disabled by default.
• Arcarius only uses Gmail data to provide the features you request.
• Gmail data may be processed by Arcarius and by selected service providers and AI providers used to deliver the feature.
• If Gmail content is inserted into the Arcarius chat, that content may be stored in your Arcarius conversation history and in Arcarius systems as part of the message record. You can delete conversations at any time.
• Arcarius does not use your Gmail data to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models.
• You can disconnect Gmail at any time.
