One-on-One is your personal assistant for accounting and controlling – a chat where you ask Arcarius questions and give it tasks, and it carries them out with direct access to your accounting.
An example: Ask “How liquid are we over the next 8 weeks?” – Arcarius pulls your figures, does the math, and drops a liquidity plan as an Excel file into the chat. Or: “Review last month’s expenses for accruals and prepare the entries.” You give the assignment, Arcarius executes it.
We believe the market already has enough tools. What it needs is a true assistant that adapts flexibly to your requirements and supports you with everything around accounting and controlling – the first of its kind on the Swiss market. If you’d like to find out how Arcarius can support your specific situation, book a call with us.
None. The chat interface adapts to you – just ask Arcarius to take your level of knowledge into account, or to walk you through a topic step by step. Beginner or expert: you can ask anything here.
Arcarius always follows the current conversation, but can’t see the history of other chats. For a new topic, it’s best to start a new chat – it saves time and cost.
While it works, Arcarius shows its progress and the individual steps (e.g. “searching journal entries”, “calculating KPIs”, “web search”) along with the sources it used. So it stays clear how an answer came about.
Please note: Arcarius can make mistakes – verify important information. The answers do not constitute professional advice.
