One-on-One: Functionality

Discover what our agent can do and how you can use it in your day-to-day work.

What is this feature for?

Tax questions answered with ease. Accruals identified and booked. Liquidity planning exported to Excel. Complex audit requests handled via PDF upload. You give the assignment, Arcarius executes it.

We believe the market already has enough tools. What it needs is a true assistant that can adapt flexibly to your specific requirements and support you with everything related to accounting and controlling. Arcarius is the first of its kind on the Swiss market.

If you would like to find out how Arcarius can support you in your specific situation, book a meeting with us. We would be happy to review your case with you in detail and explore how Arcarius can support you as effectively as possible.

Do I need any prior knowledge?

No.

The chat interface lets Arcarius adapt to your needs. Just tell him to take your current level of knowledge into account in his explanations, or ask him to walk you through specific topics step by step. Beginner or expert — you can ask anything here. Arcarius is happy to help.

What information does Arcarius have access to?

Arcarius can access your accounting data, specifically the general ledger, subledgers, and documents. These are updated every night. If you need more up-to-date data, you can trigger a refresh at any time free of charge - this updates the general ledger, subledgers, and documents.

In addition, Arcarius has access to the web and to an internal knowledge base. This knowledge base contains more than 500 Swiss-relevant legal texts, circulars, and similar sources, which we update regularly. Arcarius always checks these sources first when answering requests and will let you know if it needs to use web search. Please note that, despite this system, Arcarius can make mistakes. Please verify important information.

You can also upload Excel, Word, and PDF files to the chat and optionally connect Gmail, allowing Arcarius to work directly with your emails and, for example, prepare draft replies for you to send.

One final point: Arcarius can always follow the current conversation, meaning everything within a single chat, but it cannot see the history of other conversations. The fuller the current conversation becomes, the more context needs to be processed. We therefore recommend starting a new chat for new topics in order to save time and costs. This is, of course, free of charge for you.

Which functionalities are available?

In One-on-One, you can ask all your questions and assign tasks of any kind. For example, upload your budget in Excel so Arcarius can review the current situation. Connect your Gmail account so Arcarius can prepare replies to your clients’ emails directly as drafts for you to review and send. Ask Arcarius to create a cash flow statement, prepare accruals including journal entries, or review your accounting for red flags. Fiduciaries also like to use Arcarius to prepare annual financial statement meetings in order to engage with clients as effectively as possible. SMEs very often use Arcarius to replace a missing controlling function, for example for liquidity planning, investment decisions, or sensitivity analyses.
