To get the best results from Arcarius, it helps to know a few things.
How to phrase good requests
- Talk to Arcarius like a coworker – naturally and in full sentences. You don’t need special commands.
- Be specific: what should it do, what does it relate to (accounts, period, company), and what should the result look like (e.g. as an Excel file)?
- One topic per chat. For a new topic, it’s best to start a new chat – it’s faster and cheaper.
- Iterate. Not quite right? Just say what should be different (“shorter”, “top 5 only”, “as a table”) – Arcarius adjusts.
Good to know
- Arcarius can make mistakes – please verify critical information.
- Long chats take longer. Arcarius reads the existing conversation with every request; for new topics a new chat is worth it.
- Answer quality depends directly on the quality of your accounting. Outdated data, incorrect or misleading postings, and missing booking texts reduce accuracy.
- Need data newer than “as of yesterday”? Reload the transactions – this updates the general ledger, subledgers, and documents (more on data freshness).
- Large requests take a little time – depending on the task, Arcarius considers thousands of transactions and documents to deliver the best possible quality.
Organize and share chats with your team
- A new chat for each new topic keeps the context clean.
- Pin important chats so they stay at the top; mark individual chats as read or unread.
- Share with your team: share a chat with your team (or via “My team chats”) so you can work on it together. External access (client/auditor) does not see internal chats.
