If you’re ever dissatisfied with a response, here are a few practical steps that usually help:
Check whether Arcarius has everything it needs.
Common blockers are missing documents or accounting entries that are hard to interpret — for example, postings without meaningful descriptions.
Please check whether you have granted the required permissions.
Gmail integration: You need to enable this so Arcarius can work with emails. To do this, go to your profile and select Gmail under “Integrations.”
Consider whether the current chat has become too long.
Arcarius reads the existing conversation context with every request. If the thread gets very long, this can slow things down or cause confusion. For new topics, it’s often best to start a new chat.
Be explicit about what you’re referring to and what you want.
Especially if you’re referencing an older message, point out exactly which part you mean and what outcome you expect.
