One-on-One: I'm not happy with the answer

What you can do if you're not satisfied with an answer.

If you’re ever dissatisfied with an answer, here are a few pointers – often the first step already does the trick:

  • Tell Arcarius what should be different. The fastest way is to follow up directly and make your goal clear (“refer to …”, “as a table”, “account 6* only”). Arcarius adjusts the answer.
  • Rate the answer. With thumbs up/down you give us feedback – this helps make Arcarius better over time.
  • Check whether Arcarius has everything it needs. Common blockers are missing documents or hard-to-read postings (e.g. without a booking text). If needed, upload receipts or reload the transactions.
  • Check the permissions. To work with emails, the Gmail integration must be active: Profile → Integrations → Gmail.
  • Is the chat too long? Arcarius reads the existing conversation with every request; too much context can slow it down or confuse it. For new topics, open a new chat.
  • Be explicit about what you’re referring to – especially when referencing an older message.
  • Reach out to us. We’re happy to help!
