Reload transactions

Why are new transactions missing?

Arcarius works with the transactions that existed at the time a result was created. If bookings were added in bexio afterwards, simply reload the transactions so the result reflects the current state. This applies across modules – for example in Reporting and Closing.

Reloading transactions

In every module, you’ll find the button to reload transactions near the main action – in Reporting, for example, to the left of “Create report”. After reloading, re-run the affected step or phase (e.g. Phase 1).

Reloading – and reloading individual parts – is free; no additional credits are charged.
