Memory: What Arcarius remembers

Arcarius creates Memory automatically when helpful, longer-term context emerges from your work together. This allows Arcarius to use it again in future tasks. You can review what is stored and remove individual entries at any time.

Requirement: Company Memory and Project Memory are part of Arcarius Plus.

Memory does not give Arcarius unrestricted access to your previous chats. For a new request, Arcarius receives the current chat and the relevant saved context for the company or project.

View Memory

• For a company: open the company and go to Settings → Arcarius → Memory.
• For a project: open Projects, select the project, and open Memory.

Each entry shows what it is about and when it was last updated. Where available, Arcarius also shows whether it came from One-on-One or a scheduled task.

Company Memory and Project Memory are visible only to internal employees of the relevant company. Clients and auditors do not have access.

Ask Arcarius to remember something

State your request clearly in One-on-One:

“Remember for this company that our internal monthly reports must always be in English and show amounts in whole francs.”

In a Project chat, Arcarius automatically stores new Memory entries exclusively in that Project’s Memory. Company Memory also applies there, but it cannot be changed from within the Project chat.

Not every message automatically becomes a Memory entry.

Remove an entry

1. Open the relevant Memory area.
2. Select the entry.
3. Choose Delete entry.

The entry will no longer appear in active Memory or be used for new tasks.

Company Memory and Project Memory

Area	What does it apply to?
Company Memory	Context that helps with future work across the company.
Project Memory	Context that belongs only to a specific project.

Within a project, Arcarius continues to consider relevant Company Memory. New project-specific entries stay in Project Memory and do not change Company Memory.

What should not be stored in Memory?

Do not store passwords, credentials, or other secrets in Memory. Temporary amounts, short-lived account balances, and uncertain assumptions are not suitable either.

Memory is intended for reliable information that is likely to remain useful, such as:

• recurring terms and labels;
• confirmed corrections;
• presentation preferences;
• longer-term ways of working.

Arcarius creates Memory automatically for helpful, longer-term context from your work together. With instructions, you deliberately define rules for Arcarius to follow.
