Manage members & assignments

This is how you build your team in Arcarius: invite members, give them an organization role, and assign them to the right companies. For how the roles relate, see Organization, teams & roles.

Who can do this? Administrators and owners can invite members and manage roles. Onboarding admins can additionally assign members to companies.

Invite a member

1. Open Settings → Organization → Members.
2. Click Invite member.
3. Enter the email address and choose the role (e.g. member, onboarding admin, billing admin, administrator). Each role’s description is shown right in the picker.
4. The person receives an invitation by email. Invitations that haven’t been accepted yet appear under Pending invitations – you can withdraw them there if needed.

Change a role

Open Settings → Organization → Members and pick the new role from the member’s role dropdown. The change takes effect immediately.

The primary owner’s role is fixed and cannot be changed.

Assign a member to a company

Assignments define which companies a member works in.

1. Open Settings → Organization → Assignments.
2. Select the member and click Assign.
3. Decide per company whether the member leads it (mandate lead), works on it (staff), or has no access.

Administrators and owners have access to all companies anyway – you don’t need to assign them.

Remove a member

Open Settings → Organization → Members and choose Remove member for that person. This removes them from the organization and all assigned companies – they lose access immediately. (Requires administrator or owner rights.)

Frequently asked questions

Does an additional member cost anything? No. There are no per-user fees – invite as many members as you like.

What happens to the companies when I remove a member? The companies and their data stay in the organization. Only the removed person’s access ends.

How do I add more companies? New companies are created by an onboarding admin (or higher) – see Onboarding. There is no limit.
