Use Slash Commands in One-on-One

Open common features directly with commands such as /new, /projects, or /help.

Slash Commands are short commands that begin with /. They let you open frequently used features directly from the message box.

Use a command

  1. Open an empty message in One-on-One.
  2. Type /.
  3. Find the command you need.
  4. Select it with Enter or a click.

For example, /new starts a new chat and /projects opens Project management.

A Slash Command is only a shortcut. Permissions and required approvals continue to apply.

Available commands

Command Effect
/schedule start creating a one-time or recurring scheduled task
/tasks open Scheduled tasks
/instructions open agent instructions in settings
/reload open the dialog for reloading ledgers, subledgers, or documents
/rename rename the current chat
/new start a new chat
/projects open Projects
/history open the full chat history
/attach open the file picker
/help open help and feedback

If a command is not shown

The selection adapts to your context:

  • /schedule appears only with permission to manage scheduled tasks.
  • /instructions appears only for internal users with settings access when instructions are enabled.
  • /projects appears only for internal users when Projects is enabled for the company.
  • /reload and /tasks are currently limited to internal users in the command menu.
  • /help appears only when the support area is available.

Temporarily unavailable commands may remain visible. Arcarius then explains the reason, such as an unsaved chat, pending attachments, or an active response.

Input tips

  • The command must be at the start of the input.
  • Do not add other words or lines after the command. Select the command first and continue in the dialog that opens.
  • Commands are case-insensitive.
  • To start a normal message with a slash, type two slashes: //example is sent as /example.

Commands in projects

The same commands available to you can be used in a Project chat. /schedule carries the current Project into the scheduled task proposal. /projects opens Project management.
