Arcarius Plus: features, pricing, and management

What Arcarius Plus includes, how monthly and yearly plans are billed, and what happens after cancellation or a failed payment.

Arcarius Plus is an optional subscription per organization. It complements pay-as-you-go: credits continue to pay for individual results and agent runs, while Plus unlocks additional platform features for the whole team.

What’s included?

The monthly and yearly plans include these platform features:

  • Tasks across all companies – set a scheduled task up once and let it run in every company
  • Integrations – connect Stripe, PayPal, Atlassian, monday.com, and other services
  • Memory – persistent learned context across chats
  • Instructions – define preferences for yourself, individual companies, or the whole organization
  • Projects – group chats and files, each project with its own context and its own memory
  • Annual report layout – one central layout for the organization

How much does Plus cost?

  • Monthly plan: CHF 99 per organization and month, plus VAT
  • Yearly plan: CHF 990 per organization and year, plus VAT

Both plans renew automatically for their respective term.

Who can manage the subscription?

People with billing view can see Plus status and term. Only people with billing management can purchase, cancel, reactivate, or manage payment methods and invoices. Find everything under Settings → Organization → Plus.

What happens after cancellation or a failed payment?

After cancellation, Plus remains active until the end of the paid period. Plus features then pause. Connections are disabled, tasks that span multiple companies pause, and projects become read-only. Memory, instructions, projects, and connection data are kept and become available again after reactivation.

If a renewal cannot be paid, Plus is suspended immediately. As soon as Stripe collects payment successfully, Plus is reactivated automatically. There is no unpaid grace period with active Plus access.
